Design Review

To create a consistent and positive experience for members, the Committee has chosen a recurring deadline for submittals:

Submittals are due by the 10th of each month to be reviewed in that month. Any submittal received after the 10th will be reviewed in the following month.

Please complete either the General DRC form or the New Construction form (above).  Save the document. Then click the below link to start your submittal. Please drop your saved document into the "Drop Zone" under Project Documents located at the bottom of the online form.

SUBMIT DRC REQUEST

All work done to the outside of the home (including landscaping) must be pre-approved by the Design Review Committee.
